SPECIAL EVENT CLEANING​

BEFORE AN EVENT: 
Venue Preparation: Clean and tidy up the event venue, including sweeping or vacuuming the floors, wiping down surfaces, and dusting furniture.
Set U
p: Arrange tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment or props for the event. Ensure that they are clean and in good condition.
Decorations: Install any decorations or banners according to the event's theme or requirements. This may involve hanging signage, placing centerpieces, or setting up lighting fixtures.
Restrooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Restock toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
Kitchen or Catering Area: Clean and sanitize the kitchen or catering area, including countertops, appliances, and utensils. Make sure there is enough space for food preparation and storage.
Floor Care: If the event includes carpeted areas, vacuum and spo
t-clean any stains. For hard floors, sweep and mop to ensure a clean and polished appearance.
Waste Disposal: Empty trash cans and recycling bins, ensuring there are enough receptacles available for the event. Provide clear instructions or signage for proper waste disposal.


AFTER AN EVENT:
Breakdown and Clean-Up: After the event, dismantle any temporary setups or decorations. Clean and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and equipment. Vacuum or sweep the floors, and mop if necessary.
Trash Disposal: Properly dispose of all trash, recycling, and leftover food. Follow waste management guidelines and ensure the event space is left clean and free of debris. The specific cleaning tasks and procedures may vary depending on the nature and size of the event. It's important to plan and allocate sufficient time for both pre-event cleaning and post-event cleanup to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment.
